Band-scored IELTS practice, in everyone's pocket

IELTS Assistant started from a simple observation: most candidates can find practice questions, but very few can get honest feedback on where their writing and speaking actually sit on the band scale without paying for a tutor by the hour.

The app closes that gap. It brings Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking, Vocabulary and Grammar into one place, and pairs every writing and speaking attempt with an estimated band and criterion-level notes. Your analytics turn scattered practice into a trend you can act on.

Who makes it

IELTS Assistant is built and maintained by Ramil Azizli as an independent project. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the IELTS partners — British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, or Cambridge Assessment English. “IELTS” is a trademark of those organisations and is used here only to describe the exam the app helps you prepare for.

What we believe

• Feedback should be specific. “Improve your grammar” is not feedback; “attempt more complex sentences to lift this criterion” is.
• Preparation should be measurable. If a week of practice hasn’t moved a number, something needs to change.
• The essentials should be free. Practice material and progress tracking cost nothing; you only pay for scored feedback and tutor review.
